CPR Class in the Canyon -
Our Emergency Preparedness Committee scheduled two full CPR and AED classes right here in the Canyon - and we now have
13 more neighbors who have this life-saving skill. The American Heart Association and the Red Cross have recently adopted
the "compressions first" method that reduces the emphasis on rescue breathing ... and our Canyon is now a little bit safer
thanks to the efforts of the new Graduates ...!

Family First Aid Classes -
Our Emergency Preparedness Committee arranged two Family First Aid Classes taught by American Red Cross

emergency and the arrival of the Paramedics - to arm us with the tools we need to stabilize a person
suffering a heart attack or broken leg or seizure until medical help arrives. And Erin delivered on
her promise of a "fun, gooey and honest class" ...!!!
